I was in need of a commendation bar for an upcoming ceremony (the one previously purchased from another vendor was on back order and we were not going to receive it in time for the ceremony. Dan went above and beyond to make sure that I received the bar I needed in time for the ceremony, and everything went off without a hitch. Our department will be using Badges Ex Cetera for our future commendation bar needs!!
