This is my second one, the first lasted nearly 15 years on daily use! I wish they would put a number in it for ease of reorder but since thats about every other decade I guess I can’t complain. Badges-etc has done a good job of the process of finding the correct badge cut out as possible but it’s still a PITA with so many different badges that are out there. Great customer service, proactive! They called me seeing that I screwed up my order, clarified what was needed and refunded my over payment before filling the order! You cannot ask for more than that. Product was American made also, which I love.
